Leslie is Alliant Systems' Director of Customer Care. Leslie graduated from Texas A&M University in 2004 with a BBS in Management Information Systems. She has over sixteen years of industry experience including installation, training and support of the Alliant Route Accounting 2.0 product suite. Most recently, Leslie was Alliant Systems' Customer Relationship Manager in charge of documentation and product release notes. In her current role, Leslie's responsibilities include managing customer touches and relationships, overseeing help desk support, and training of both employees and customers.
